What is 2 in 1 Instant dry yeast?
Nowadays, 2-in-1 yeast is more and more popular especially in some parts of Africa and Southeast Asia countries, what is 2 in 1 yeast?
2 in 1 Instant dry yeast is a Yeast product made from specially cultured fresh yeast that is squeezed, dried and dehydrated, and maintains strong fermentation ability, and put appropriate bread improver in it, make the final pasta better quality.
It is usually composed of Yeast, soybean powder, food additives (such as sorbitan monostearate, vitamin C, α-amylase) and other ingredients.
2-in-1 Instant dry yeast has the following characteristics:
Simplified operation: No need to add additional improvers, simplifying the weighing operation and reducing costs.
Stable quality: Fast fermentation, strong aftereffect, good rapid expansion in the oven, suitable for home and commercial baking.
Tolerant to high sugar and high oil: Able to tolerate high sugar and high oil environments, suitable for making bread and pastries with high sugar and high oil content.
Usage and storage methods:
Usage: Mix 2-in-1 Instant dry yeast with flour or mix it with dough when kneading.
Storage method: It should be stored in a cool and dry place, and should be used up as soon as possible after opening the bag to maintain its activity.
